Why would you download Ie8? We may assume that Microsoft would be promoting Ie8, when it is actually an auto-update program that puts itself in the computer system, which will constantly download and install various applications in the registry. When the data in the registry has been corrupted, programs cannot run properly and will then require a reboot. Because of this, the maintenance of the registry is very important, and Microsoft, due to their sponsorship, did not take this into consideration. This is why it is important to periodically scan the registry for any potential issues, and update the software registry with programs from Microsoft that will remove Ie8. In fact, I also use a software tool that detects corrupted entries, allowing me to remove the corrupt entries on my own!
