A lot of business today are adopting the Microsoft Windows operating system. The increasing demand of this operating system has forced the servers to use the Microsoft’s Server 2020 instead of the Microsoft Windows Server 2020. Because of the above, the servers are having a tough time maintaining their Windows Server running state. The windows operating system is the most popular amongst all the operating systems in the market today. But, as with any other operating system, the server also needs support from Microsoft and they do not supply it with the windows server operating system.

One can purchase Microsoft support for their Microsoft servers and computers. However, Microsoft support is the most expensive option. This cost is because the support is only provided to those customers who purchase their own Microsoft products or purchase these products through a store. They do not extend the support to third party Microsoft products. This lack of support is mainly due to the fact that the Microsoft Windows Operating System is not compatible with most third party operating systems. Furthermore, the third party product does not follow the same methodologies used by Microsoft and hence the support that is given to these operating systems may not be efficient.

The worst aspect about the support offered by Microsoft for their Server 2020 is that it is completely ineffective. With the lack of support, it is next to impossible to run Windows in an unaltered state on your server. Any damages caused due to improper application of Windows may not be noticed at all. This makes the operating system’s ability to protect the data on the server completely useless. As a result, any misplacement of the data in the server may lead to great damages as data may be lost or corrupted.
