When you call Support and tell them that your email software does not seem to be working and you tried a few different combinations and still get an error message saying that your account is not authorized, then your registration to the Support service has failed. When the registration failure occurs, you must call Microsoft, and they will contact you to help resolve the issue. There are only two ways to resolve this problem, it could be a hard reset or resetting the configuration of the Microsoft Windows registry. Since the emails generated by Microsoft are supposed to be private, you can not just reset the configuration, so a reset of the Windows registry will need to be done. Many of the people who are calling Support do not know that the Registration failure that they have occurred because of the fact that the User Wizard created an email address that does not exist. If the Registration has occurred, the Email Verification wizard also cannot find an email address that is associated with the account.
