Windows has a built in program known as MSN that is used to display error messages. This system feature is called the Internet Information Services or IIS. On most computers, this system can be found at « My Computer ». This page will display an icon that displays a message and detailed information of what the message is telling you. Unfortunately, on most computers, the browser can’t usually tell you exactly what the icon is telling you.
But, sometimes the icon will only show you a message that says « No User Support Available ». And if you can’t figure out what that icon means, that’s when you need to ask for help from Microsoft. Even though the operating system is available for free, Microsoft doesn’t support their products. This is why it’s important to know how to get help from Microsoft. First, go to MSN. If the icon isn’t showing you, check the About MSN box at the bottom of the page. If the program isn’t installed, click the Check Now button.
Next, double click the program that you want to repair, click the Edit button, then click on the « Registry Settings » button. This button will allow you to fix any of the problems that have been fixed by the operating system. By clicking on the button, you can also click the Add button, if you’re able to repair the problem that is being reported. If the problem still hasn’t been fixed, you should click the Run Anyway button to repair the problem. If you find the problem on your own, then you should click the Report a Problem button, which will allow you to send Microsoft a report about the error message that you’re seeing.
