The support engineer who has been hired for this job found that the Configuration Manager role on Windows 7 is not running because it has been deleted by the Windows System Administrator. The Configuration Manager that was added to Windows was using to install and manage the Software Maintenance modules, the applications that came with the operating system. This module was also used by the application developers for their software updates. The Configuration Manager was deleted at the same time as the Windows System Administrator. This had created a problem for the application developers who tried to update their applications by using the Configuration Manager module. It was difficult for them to find the Configuration Manager module because the only way they could do this was to manually search for it.
The Application General Manager had also been removed from the system because it was no longer required because it was not part of the missing file that had been sent to the command interpreter. The Configuration Manager had been used to maintain the existing settings of the software applications that were installed by the application developers. Because the Application General Manager had also been deleted, it was hard for the developers to restore the settings of the applications that they had installed before. The Configuration Manager was deleted from the registry when the configuration settings of the application were stored in the registry because the value of the Appgmgr.cpl file was accidentally edited. This file had been used to create the machine configuration information.
After fixing the registry problems, the application developers restarted the system and they again tried to run the Configuration Manager and the Windows Theme Manager. They were able to access the Configuration Manager and the Windows Theme Manager but they were unable to run the applications. They were able to browse the files and folders of the operating system, but they were unable to use the application itself. The Application General Manager was using to manage the applications that were installed by the application developers. It was because of this reason that the Application General Manager had been deleted by the Windows System Administrator.
