Maybe you downloaded something that was corrupted, or maybe you changed the settings on the system. There are so many things that could cause the Windows error message. Sometimes it could be as simple as an invalid key. For example, if you enter an invalid key into a specific keyboard, then you will see a message, or it could be as complex as a virus that is hiding inside your computer. Some people say that they delete the message and the Windows seem to take care of it itself, but it always comes back, but never all the time.
