When you use Microsoft Outlook 2020, if you would like to find out what the Caps Lock key does in Word, there is a simple way to look for this key on your keyboard. You can go to the « Options » menu and choose « Keyboard ». Once you are in the keyboard menu, you will need to select « General » and then make sure that you are changing the keys that are for the « Keys » button. Once you do this, you will notice that the Caps Lock key has been removed from the list of available keys. The reason why you would need to remove the Caps Lock key from the « Keys » button is because the key was never designed to be used as the Caps Lock key. However, you can go back and change the keys in the « Shortcuts » section by going to the « Shortcuts » menu and selecting « Change Shortcut Keys ».
