Microsoft recently made Google Earth Locks Up Win 7 A and Windows XP run faster by improving the memory allocations on their programs. Normally when a program uses up a lot of memory it takes longer to run, this makes the system slower. So a new function was implemented that made programs that use up a lot of memory to run faster. This is not only done in games, but also in Microsoft Office applications.

The function used is called gdiplusplus which is a way to save memory by using a function to make the Windows XP or 7 systems to use less memory. To the end user it would appear that this function is being used all the time, but it’s not. When it comes to this system there are a lot of complex system processes going on that use a lot of memory. So instead of loading the whole windows or XP into memory at one time, it loads it into a virtual memory. The software used to do this is called the Virtual Memory Manager.

The gdiplusplus function allows Windows XP or Windows 7 to load a program or a memory in a faster manner, instead of loading it into all the memory areas at once, the loader goes to that place where it can load the memory in a way that makes it look like it was loaded into the whole memory. In this case the whole memory has been loaded into that area. Therefore memory allocation speed can be improved. This was added by Microsoft as a feature for their OS because it worked with Google Earth Locks Up Win 7 A. This can also be seen as an upgrade to their support program because it also added better support to the user. It shows that Microsoft does have a responsibility in creating their systems with more user friendliness and that means they pay attention to the needs of the users.
