Is it really that hard to find the support people for your Windows program? Why do they need to know what you are trying to do to the software? Is Microsoft not providing good support for its own product? Well, here is a good question.

In case of any Windows users, they cannot believe that they will get any help from Microsoft. Maybe they are not aware of the importance of computer security. And, Microsoft is just following its patent which gives them the ability to spy on anyone. The same thing goes with security. This is true for every other software that Microsoft provides to computer users. Although there are very good experts who have written about this problem and what can be done to resolve it, the fact remains that no one really understands how does clickonce find local application to solve the problem. How do they solve the problem?

They take your money and leave you without any support and information when you need it most. They take your money and never send you any help when you need it. Why do they do this? If they are really interested in helping computer users, why do they not solve this problem? They should be able to explain it in one sentence or better yet, at least tell us how does clickonce find local application works?
