How to install Matlab 2007 on Windows 7?

Method 1: Change Windows 7 Theme to Windows Classic
To change Windows 7 Theme to Windows Classic, follow these steps:
1. Right-click on the Desktop and then click Personalize.
2. Scroll down to Basic and High Contrast Themes.
3. Select Windows Classic.
Method 2: Change the Java used by Matlab 2007
To change the Java used by Matlab 2007, follow these steps:
1. Download and install Java Run Time (JRE) 1.5.0_19 or JRE 1.5.0_20 from the following link:
http://www.java.com/en/download/manual.jsp

2. Refer to C:\Program Files\MATLAB\R2007a\sys\java\jre\win32, rename jer1.5.0_07 to Original_jer1.5.0_07.
3. Copy JRE 1.5.0_19 or JRE 1.5.0_20 from C:\Program Files\Java to C:\Program Files\MATLAB\R2007a\sys\java\jre\win32 and rename it to jer1.5.0_07.
