The recent update of the Microsoft Window operating system that will be made available on a mass scale at the end of 2020 has come under fire from one Microsoft employee. Tim Hudak, director of engineering for Windows Vista, told an interviewer that if people install and use the new version of Windows that Windows Ie8 Favorites Folders would not retract. However, he added that many people who already use the old Windows might have to make some changes before they get the upgraded version. There are also other problems with Microsoft’s favorited folders program. Many companies complain that the program is flawed because the operating system just deletes the folders on a regular basis.

Even if the program will work as promised, it might still cause problems when companies will use Personal Folders. Some users have reported that Microsoft users have deleted their folders and then reinstalled the software, only to discover that the Personal Folders application will not show any Ie8 folders in the My Documents folder. The problem is that Personal Folders for Windows Vista users is not compatible with the Windows Ie8 Favorites Folders software.

The worst part is that users who do not understand this and demand to have support desk software to help them can only expect that the user assistance team from Microsoft will take as long as it takes to solve the problem. There are even users who insist that Microsoft’s support team should come and help them recover their files and folders. Although, many users have been advised to send their files and folders via e-mail to the support service from Microsoft, few companies have hired Microsoft to do the job for them. This has led to several complaints from people who have lost files and folders due to their inability to retrieve their data from the Microsoft Support Site.
