Microsoft HelpDesk can only be used with the Microsoft Windows operating system. Other Windows OS and MSN products cannot be used to send mail through WLmGeneral Mail Failure. If a Mailbox is set up using Windows, the recipient’s mailbox is considered to be Windows-based Mailbox. Microsoft Word documents sent to a non-Windows Mailbox can result in an error message stating that the item is not available for viewing.

Some things such as email, document editing and word processing can cause WLmMail Failure. To correctly send mail through WLmMail failure, the recipients’ Microsoft Accounts must be able to read Microsoft Word documents. If the recipients use Macintosh, the messages can still be sent through Microsoft Mail, but the recipient must be able to open and view the documents. On the other hand, if you want to send mail through WLmMail failure, you must have the Windows-based email account set up before you can send mail through WLmMail. After the Microsoft Account is set up, you should be able to send mail. To do this, you need to choose a folder or file on the computer where you want to store the Microsoft Word documents. In the File menu, select Add Folder, and then choose a file that has been saved to your hard drive.

You must also select the proper folder to send the message to. The selected folder will be included in the « Send to » field in the right-hand side toolbar. Then, just hit the Send button in the toolbar. When the recipient opens the Microsoft Word document that has been selected, the entire message should be displayed. The recipient will be able to view and open the message without any problems. This process can be repeated several times to send messages to many recipients.
