The Microsoft Windows Users Guide says: « After you upgrade, your desktop can go to test mode to work around the new system. Before you start the test mode, restart your computer. Do not open any programs, so that the testing will be successful. » You should get rid of Sticky Notes Windows 7 and Get a Replacement Desktop By Frank Pajonk
