The Microsoft Support Tools includes Microsoft Technical Support Application (MSTSAA) and the Microsoft TechNet Evaluation Center (MTEVC). Since I am actually a developer, I really do not have the opportunity to learn much about what the tools are all about. However, I think that as an IT professional you should be aware of these tools as they would help you support your customers with ease and efficiency.
