If you recently installed a new piece of software or upgraded your Windows system, then odds are it’s a likely that it was rebooting itself. Why would this happen to your system? Perhaps the system is having a problem? If so, you might want to know why your computer would reboot and what can be done about it. Although it might seem random, it isn’t. To fix this problem, you will need to locate the cause of the problem in order to fix it.
The system most likely restarted because it was having an issue with one of the components called « svchost.exe ». This component is responsible for hosting your Windows operating system and most other programs on your computer. It is very important that this component is kept up to date. You should check to make sure that it has not been corrupted or deleted. Once you’ve cleaned out this component, you should reboot your computer. To do this, you’ll need to turn off your computer and remove the power supply cable. After you’ve done this, restart your computer into the booting mode by pressing and holding the F8 button and when the start menu pops up, select the option to boot from CD.
After your computer has booted up, you should be able to see the word « Srv Service » in the lower left hand corner of your screen. If you do not see this item, then you need to ensure that you have not deleted the settings that the service needs to run properly. If you did delete the settings that the service requires, then your computer will be unable to boot up and might not be able to function at all. You should reboot the computer to see if the issue is resolved. If you still can’t fix the issue, then you should contact your Microsoft support center. They will be able to get you the information that you need so that you can resolve the issue and hopefully keepyour system running at its full potential.
