So you can use the command prompt by typing « msconfig » on the C drive and then pressing the « Enter » key. You can now enter the command line and then change the boot order of your PC. Now, make sure you should specify the correct entry as Windows won’t recognize the files as valid unless you name them accordingly. As soon as you are done, click on the « Apply » button and then « OK ». Now, close the Command Prompt window and restart your computer. You should now be able to boot up.

The good news is that you can still fix the problem by installing the « Microsoft Support CD ». You can download this from the Microsoft website. Just follow the directions provided by the Microsoft Support CD and you should be able to solve the problem.
