The Windows Live Mail is a service provided by Microsoft that is free to use for all Windows users. This email service is also known as « Windows Live ID »Windows Live mail ». You can easily use this service and is considered the easiest way to receive email from other people if you don’t have any email account on your computer. The problem with this email service is that it gets confused with computer errors and freezes at certain times.

There are two causes of freezes when using the Windows Live mail service. These freezes happen when the service finds many emails in your mail box that you’ve moved out of your computer and deleted or sent to someone else. The second cause is the failing of the service to run properly. To avoid these freezes, you need to check your Windows Live mail for old messages and do not delete them from your computer.

These two possible causes of freezes can cause problems with your email account. There is a good chance that your inbox will be flooded with several messages that have already been sent. The same message may appear in your inbox, even if you have already marked it as read. These messages are not deleted when they get into your inbox but are just placed in your trash. Deleting these messages before they get back into your inbox is not a good idea as you won’t be able to find out what messages you already have. If the emails are deleted, Windows will just try to reinsert the new messages. This could be very frustrating to your inbox.
